The prehung door unit we offer is designed to seal out the weather and eliminate air and water infiltration. The nominal door size is 36" x 80", with unit dimensions of 37.5" x 81.75" and a suggested rough opening of 38" x 82.25". This unit includes a 4-9/16" wide primed composite frame for added durability. Our durable fiberglass doors are prehung on a 4-9/16 inch wide primed composite frame and come with a single operator that allows you to tilt and adjust the blinds along the entire length of the door glass. This unique design results in stacked blinds that take up minimal space when fully opened. The Low-E clear glass features a tinted coating that blocks UV rays while providing superior insulation. For right-hand/inswing doors, the hinges are on the right, the knob is on the left, and the door swings into the home when viewed from the exterior. The prehung unit also includes 3 satin nickel hinges, compression weatherstrip, and a composite adjustable sill for added convenience and security.
